When you booked you have to add another £20 for entrance and exit , and no one tell about this money…

I had a very positive experience with Orange Meet & Greet BUT NOT WITH PARKOS, who take NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ENSURING THAT THEY PROVIDE AN ACKNOWLEDGED BOOKING AND THAT IT IS RECEIVED. If there is an error in your email their systems (or workers) donot pick up bounce backs from failed email delivery. PARKOS DONOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY, HAVE SMALL PRINT COVERING EVERY DETAIL AND WILL NOT GIVE ANY REFUND OR CREDIT! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

On time and helped with luggage....v little waiting around.

The staff were very nice, however we were left to wait over 40 minutes in the rain at one in the morning with a newborn baby to collect our car. I would’ve preferred it was more organised. The staff were very apologetic, however that did not change the fact we then had an hour journey home with a cold and very upset baby. Won’t be doing this again

I booked with Orange Meet & Greet over the Christmas/New Year period at Stansted Airport and was delighted with the service provided. The meeting point was easy to find and the staff were great to deal with both on the drop off and return. Fantastic value for money and would highly recommend this company if you want peace of mind your car is in safe hands while away!

Second time we have used this service and are very happy with it. You bring the car to the entrance, then your car will be pick up by one of the staff members. Upon arrival, the car will be brought back to you again. We travelled during winter months and our car was nice and warm when brought back :) It's easy to contact employees, you'll receive a number to call. Very easy, convenient, and reasonably priced. You do have to pay for getting in and out of the orange car park £20 in total. Like you would normally do anyway. We would definitely recommend the service.
