Meet and Greet Heathrow

Great service ,no problems.First time using this service and it was fine.

This is a very small operation, which means they don't have a lot of slack to deal with things when they go wrong. At drop-off, despite phoning ahead to confirm our arrival time, there was nobody to meet us and we had to wait for 25 minutes until an Apple representative turned up. Things really went wrong when we returned to pick up the car. I tried to phone Apple as soon as we landed but the phone numbers provided were not answered. I left an answerphone message but this wasn't picked up. At 07:05 (which was 5 minutes after the booked pickup time) I finally got through to someone, only to be told that the Apple driver hadn't even left the compound yet. When an Apple driver turned up, they had brought the wrong car and had to return to the compound to collect the right one. I waited in Heathrow's car park for an hour and 10 minutes until they finally delivered my car. Throughout, communication with Apple was sporadic and difficult - the person on the other end of the phone was rude and did not seem to know what he was doing. So I will never use them again. I recommend people book with a different company, one who has more representatives on the ground and can deal with problems in person.

Excellent customer service

The meet and greet aspect was perfectly good, the customer service and communication would prevent me from using this service again. We were early for our flight and therefore our parking so I called to see if it was OK to move our booking a little earlier. I was told I would get a call back in 5 minutes, half hour passed and we were arriving at Heathrow where I called again and had instructions parked at me about what to do. The driver who let us was very friendly and I felt my car was in good hands. On return, I followed the instructions and called when we were at the carousel with our luggage. We were told it would be 20 minutes so we made our way to the meet and greet, grabbing a coffee on our way out as it was early morning. I paud with my phone and had no missed calls up to that point and we had a drive ahead of us. We got to the car exactly 20 minutes after the call, car there but no one around. I took my phone from my back pocket which was on silent as no body has their phone on ring anymore do they? And I had just been in Japan where noise is frowned upon. I seen I had 4 missed calls and I called back and was barked at demanding to know why I hadn't answered my phone when I was called... I explained it was on silent and we were now at the car and I had instructions barked at me that my key was on the tyre and my ticket for exit was on the dash because the driver needed the toilet. I got the key and the ticket which the service was very efficient but the way I was spoken too on both occasions was rude and unnecessary. We travel again in December and have chosen a different company which hopefully have a more polite manner

Would definitely use again, great communication from the driver who collected and delivered our vehicle back.

Great, simple service making our long travel days an easier experience without costing a fortune! Very happy with our experience & would definitely use again & recommend to others. £90 including the tickets for 12 days parking is a steal!

Not there to meet us on arrival - waited 15 minutes. Not there to meet us at the end of our holiday - we waited for about 40 minutes in the car park, even though we rang at the baggage kiosk as instructed. I don't know why flight numbers are asked for if you aren't going to use them to ensure drivers are there. Not to the standard of other Meet and Greets we've used. When we got the n touch with the drivers it was really difficult to understand the instructions they were giving.
