Please note this service is only for terminal 4. Please note that we do not accept left-hand drive cars. It's important to be aware that all drivers are fully insured to operate any vehicle. They must carry identification at all times and wear black uniforms with our company emblem prominently displayed. If you return after midnight, a Late Return Charge of £20.00 must be paid to the driver. Additionally, if you return on a different flight, there is a charge of £20 to be settled with the driver upon return. We accept all vehicles that can be driven with a standard license, possess a valid MOT, and Road Tax. During the drop-off, images of your vehicle will be taken and stored with your booking for reference.

We proudly hold the Park Mark certificate for ensuring safer parking. Our facilities are equipped with 24-hour CCTV surveillance, inaccessible to the public, surrounded by high fencing, and monitored by 24-hour manned security. Our location, discreetly positioned just 10 minutes from the airport, adds an extra layer of convenience and security to your parking experience.

Since Five Star Parking offers a Meet & Greet service. There are no extra services like a waiting room or lavatory available.

Parking Instructions Arrival A driver will meet you at your departing terminal at the pre-arranged time to assist with your luggage, confirm your return information, and you will verify the condition of the car with the driver; images will be taken and kept. It is important to call the chauffeur 30 minutes before your arrival time to confirm arrangements. The chauffeur's contact number is 07944 535904. Do not enter the car parks before your pre-booked time unless advised by staff. Upon arrival, follow the signs to Heathrow Airport from major roads to your respective terminal. Return Call the office as soon as you have your luggage in order for them to schedule a driver to meet you with your car. On return, please call 07944 535904 once you have collected your luggage and are on your way to the car park to collect your car. You will be responsible for the car park exit fee. Transfers are not provided as you will be met at the terminal itself. Please note that while we can assist with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and cannot accompany anyone to the building. Important Info Late arrival charges apply if you arrive at the airport to drop off your car 1-2 hours later than your booked time, with a charge of £10. If you arrive 2 hours or more after your booked time, there is a charge of £20. Both fees are payable in cash to the driver upon arrival at the airport. On return, if you don't provide the correct return flight number or return on a different flight without notification or with less than 24 hours' notice, there is a £40 charge payable in cash upon return. A receipt will be provided for you to claim reimbursement from the airline. If you return on an earlier date than booked, there is a £40 charge payable in cash upon return. For customers returning after the booked date, the car park will charge £40 for the first 24 hours and £20 per day thereafter. Payment should be made in cash upon pick-up.
