AirParq Meet & Greet (All Terminals)

This Service offered by Airparq allows to not worry about parking as they take care of everything for you. Just meet the Airparq driver at the short stay car park of the terminal that you are travelling from. They will do a handover and drive your car to their secure compound. Once you arrive back give the team a call and they will deliver your car to the same point where you can jump in and continue your journey home.

This Car Park is Park Mark Awarded meaning that it has been approved by the Police and the British Parking association. This shows that they have good security standards with CCTV, appropriate lighting and a manned security presence.

As this is a Meet and Greet service you will have immediate access to the airport facilities.

Parking Instructions:
TERMINAL 2
Departure Procedure: Call the provided number to update the operator 30 mins before you arrive to the airport. - Follow signs for Terminal 2 after exiting the tunnel for all terminals. - Keep to the right and pass the central bus station. - Keep right and drive towards Terminal 2 Departures and Short Stay car park. - On the ramp, keep right as it leads directly into the entry barriers of the Short Stay car park. - Upon entering on level 4, proceed to rows A and B following signs for & Off Airport Parking & and park in the Meet and Greet area. - Our driver, identifiable by their jacket with the Airparq logo, will greet you and verify your booking details. Confirm that the driver has all the correct booking details provided during your reservation. - Note that the customer is responsible for the parking fee of £7.50. - For any confusion or assistance, contact the provided number.
Arrival Procedure: - Upon arrival, call the provided number when you land at Heathrow. - After clearing Customs and collecting your luggage Please call our Provided number, head to Level 4 Short Stay car park where you initially dropped off your vehicle. - Meet our driver at the Off Airport Meet and Greet area on Level 4, where they will return your vehicle to you. - If needed, contact the provided number for further assistance. - Note that the customer is responsible for the parking fee of £7.50.
TERMINAL 3
Departure Procedure:
Call the provided number to update the operator 30 mins before you arrive to the airport. - Follow signs for Terminal 3 short stay car park. - Take a ticket from the barrier and proceed to Level 4. - Park your vehicle in ROW A or B Off Airport Meet and Greet area - Look for a driver wearing a jacket with the Space Parking logo, who will greet you and have all your booking details. - Ensure the driver has the correct booking details provided during reservation. - Contact the provided number if any confusion arises. - Note that the customer is responsible for the parking fee of £7.50.
