As you are using a Meet and Greet Service there are no facilities provided by the service. You will have access to all airport facilities after the car handover process.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: PLEASE READ BEFORE YOUR TRAVEL Not suitable for Terminals 2,3,5. From January 1, 2024, customers must pay car park entry and exit fees. Your booking times are fixed. Timekeeping is crucial. Early or late arrivals require prior permission and may incur delays. Call 07530 500009 20 minutes before the scheduled arrival time (no text/voicemail). Service Instructions: Read instructions only for the relevant terminal you are flying from. Postcodes may not be accurate; follow airport signs upon entering. Late fees and charges for incorrect bookings apply; ensure correct drop-off times. Late Arrivals and Delays: Vehicle collection or flight delays after 23:30hrs incur a levy fee of £20 per hour. Payments must be cleared before vehicle collection. Terminal Specific Instructions: Directions: Follow the signs for Terminal 4 Departures. As you approach the Terminal on the ramp, stay in the right-hand lane. Follow the signs for short-stay passenger pick-up. Drive down to level 2, zone F, where the meet and greet points are. A Professional Chauffeur from Star Parking will approach you, identifying themselves through our Star Parking paperwork. Terminal 4 (Short Stay Car Park 3): Height limit: 2.2m (7ft 2in) Terminal 4 Return: Call us on 07530500009 once you've collected your last bag from the belt. Passengers can pick up their cars on level 2 of the Terminal 4 short-stay car park. Exit the terminal building using the exit next to WH Smith, cross the first four lanes, turn left past the payment machine, then take the lift to car park level 2. Important Note: A 15-min window is given for vehicle collection and exit without additional charges. Ensure to call only when ready; car park charges after this time are your responsibility. Flight Number Accuracy: We track the return flight number provided during booking. Incorrect flight numbers may cause delays. Car Park Height Restrictions: Terminal 4: 2,2m (7ft 2in) Vehicle Condition Requirements: Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy, taxed, and holds a valid MOT (minimum tyre tread: 1.6mm).
