Drive directly to the meeting point at the terminal and with this option there is no need to call in advance, just turn up and everything is dealt with for you. Check in your car with the handover team and continue to your flight from terminal 5. On your return the team will be tracking your flight and will have the car waiting for you in the short stay car park.

Maple Parking has the Park Mark Safer Parking facility certificate; to keep the Park Mark award, the car parks undergo regular reassessments. To drive your vehicle, all drivers are fully insured. This car park is completely secure and monitored 24 hours a day.

You will be met at the airport so you will have access to the airport facilities immediately.

IF YOU ARE RETURNING TO ANY OTHER TERMINAL THAN T5, YOU WILL HAVE TO ARRANGE THIS DIRECTLY WITH THE CAR PARK AND THERE WILL BE A SUPPLEMENT TO PAY On arrival please be sure to have your paperwork and or booking reference ready so that our friendly staff can identify you. Please also have your return flight details to hand for us to check for your return. Drop off directions Terminal 5 - (Postcode for Terminal 5: TW6 2GA) As you approach Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 5 Short Stay Car Park Drive up the ramp, filter to the right and drive under the yellow height restriction, KEEP LEFT and follow the signs for Short stay Level 4. Follow the Avis signs towards the third set of barriers, take a ticket (please hand this to our Handover Captain) Follow "OFF AIRPORT" signs and park in the 'Off Airport Meet & Greet' parking bays. Once parked and unloaded, please lock your car and check in with our Handover Team who are based at our Purple desk in the lift lobby. You will need to confirm your return flight details so please have these to hand. We must have your correct return date and flight number in order to help us avoid any delays in returning your car. Y our car will be photographed and taken to our secure car park by one of our experienced drivers, whilst you check in. Return Instructions Once you have landed and have collected your luggage Please head to the short stay meeting point below. Please have the unique barcoded card that you were given on arrival to collect your keys from our Handover team. If you do not have this then we will need to see and take an image of your passport - which (of course) must match the booking name. Then proceed to the relevant meeting point below: Terminal 5 - Short Stay Car Park Level 4 - Off Airport Meet & Greet Terminal 2 - Short Stay Car Park Level 4 - Off Airport Meet & Greet Terminal 3 - Short Stay Car Park Level 4 - Off Airport Meet & Greet Terminal 4 - Short Stay Car Park Level 2 - Off Airport Meet & Greet Other important information If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, any extra days will be charged at £20.00 per day (subjecty to change) (or part day thereof). No refunds will be issued for part used stays. Payments for extra days must be settled before the vehicle is handed over and if requested a receipt can be sent by email to you. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner/customer driving to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate and has a valid Road Fund Licence. Vehicles that are not road legal or safe to drive will be refused.
