Kwik Park (All Terminals)

Discover budget-friendly Meet & Greet services at Heathrow Airport with Kwik Park. Enjoy a seamless experience as they pick up and drop off your car directly at any of the Heathrow Airport terminals. Whether your departure is from Terminal 2, 3, 4, or 5, Kwik Park ensures reliable service at all locations.

The car park operates 24 hours a day and is equipped with a comprehensive Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system to ensure continuous security surveillance.

Important information:
Please note that Kwik Park charges certain fees. Below the fees are summarised:

• £20 additional day fee: This fee is applicable if you exceed the initially booked duration and stay an additional day beyond your reservation. For each extra day, a charge of £20 will be incurred.
• £30 post-midnight pickup fee: If your car is picked up after midnight, there is an additional fee of £30
• Unnotified extended day incurs a £35 charge: If you extend your stay without notifying the parking service, there is a charge of £35.
• Starting from January 1, 2024, you are responsible for covering the costs associated with entering and exiting the Airport Short Stay Car Park where your car is collected and delivered.

Drop-off Procedure:
To initiate the Meet & Greet service with Kwik Park, please call 07850366784 at least 30 minutes before your arrival. You will find the phone number in the booking confirmation received after completing the reservations. Based on your terminal the drop-off location will be:

• For Terminal 2, proceed to Level 4, Row B, Short Stay Car Park.
• For Terminal 3, head to Level 4, Row B, Short Stay Car Park.
• For Terminal 4, go to Level 2, Row F, Short Stay Car Park.
• For Terminal 5, make your way to Level 4, Row S, Short Stay Car Park.

Pick-up Procedure:
Upon your return, follow a two-call process:
1. Make the first call immediately after landing.
2. Make the second call post luggage retrieval.
Remember that you are required to pay the car park exit fee during the pick-up procedure.
