Meet & Greet Procedures
Please note that if your arrival or departure is from Friday from 18.00 hrs through until Monday Mornings at 09.00 hrs. There will be a Park and Ride service where you must arrive at the Office Located just outside the airport (Unit 6 Sovereign Court, 633 Sipson Road, UB7 0JE) and there you will be taken to the airport. The Airport access fee still applies for these reservations.
This Price does not include the Airport Drop off Fees of £6.00 Each way which is a fee that is enforced by the airport. This is payable on the day.
Departure - Terminal 2
Go to the short stay car park (TW6 1EW).
Call the office when you are 10 minutes away from the short stay car park.
From the M25, exit at Junction 14 and follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 onto the Western Perimeter Road.
Pass through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Keep right after exiting the tunnel and keep to the right, passing the Central Bus Station to reach Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
Continue to keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from the building before turning back as it ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
Once on the rising ramp, keep right and it will lead you to the "Short stay car park" entry barriers.
Make sure you're in lane 5 or 6, towards the ticket machine, to reach Level 4 of the Short Stay car park.
Take a ticket at the barrier and enter the car park.
On Level 4, keep right, following the signs for 'Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet' and park in "Row B".
One of our chauffeurs will be waiting with your paperwork.
Arrival - Terminal 2
After collecting your luggage and clearing Customs, call the number provided or as notified.
Go to the same place where you dropped off your vehicle, Level 4 of the Short Stay car park.
Your car will be waiting for you in Row B, next to the lift/pay machine.
Departure - Terminal 3
Go to the short stay car park (TW6 1QG).
Call the office when you are 10 minutes away from the short stay car park.
From the M25, exit at Junction 14 and follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 onto the Western Perimeter Road.
Pass through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Exit in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3).
Take a ticket from the barrier and follow signs to Level 4.
Park your car in "Row A".
One of our chauffeurs will be waiting with your paperwork.
Arrival - Terminal 3
After collecting your luggage and clearing Customs, call the number provided or as notified.
Take the lift to Level 4 Short Stay Car Park just before the exit door on the right-hand side of the arrivals.
Your car will be waiting for you in ROW A.
Departure - Terminal 5
1. Go to the short stay car park (TW6 2GA).
2. Call the office when you are 10 minutes away from the short stay car park. Follow the signs for "Short Stay car park" located on the right side of the ramp when you exit Terminal 5 from the roundabout.
3. At the Short Stay car park, move to the left lane and follow directions to LEVEL 4.
4. Take a ticket from the barrier and proceed to Rows R-S. Park your car in the designated area marked "Off Airport Meet & Greet."
5. Our chauffeur will be waiting for you with your paperwork in this area.
Arrival - Terminal 5
1. After collecting your luggage and clearing Customs, call the number given when you dropped off your car, unless you have been notified of another number.
2. Go back to the place where you dropped off your car, Level 4 of the Short Stay car park, where your car will be waiting for you in Row R OR S.
