This Car park option is for people wanting a luxury experience with everything taken care of when travelling from T5 at London Heathrow. With no complicated processes and everything included you just have to arrive, check in and walk to the terminal which is a short walk away. This service uses your flight numbers to check everything for you so without any effort your car will be ready for you on your return.

This service has a car park with a Park Mark Award meaning the police have checked and approved this operator. With CCTV, 24 hour manned security and perimeter fencing your car will be safe hands while your travel.

As you are meeting at the airport this operator doesn't provide facilities at the meeting point but with a short walk you will be in Terminal 5 and have access to all terminal facilities.

Before Arrival: Meeting Point at T5: Please note that our meeting point for T5 is no longer in the Short Stay Car Park. We now have our exclusive meeting point next to T5, connected to the terminal via the Sofitel Hotel. No Need to Call: There is no longer any need to call us on the way. However, if you require assistance, feel free to call us at 01895 544 382. Return to Other Terminals: If you are returning to a terminal other than T5, you must arrange this directly with the car park, and a supplement will apply. On Arrival: Ensure you have your paperwork or booking reference ready for our staff's identification. Have your return flight details available for verification. Directions to T5 Meeting Point: Exit M25 at Junction 14. Follow signs for Terminal 5. At Terminal 5 roundabout, take the 2nd exit. Follow signs for the Sofitel Hotel. Drive past Sofitel, follow Exit signs onto Wayfarer Road. Take the next right onto Welland Road (keep right). Car park entrance will be about 150m on your right. Return Instructions: If returning on your specified flight, your car will be at the meeting point; no need to call. International Arrivals: Exit Arrivals Hall following signs for Train Station and Sofitel Hotel. Take lifts to Level 1, turn right into Sofitel walkway. Follow walkway back toward the hotel. Take lift or escalator to ground level. Exit main doors, cross the road, and use ramp back to the car park. Domestic Arrivals: Exit Arrivals Hall, take the first right exit next to Café Nero. Take lifts to Level 1, turn right into Sofitel walkway. Follow walkway back toward the hotel. Take lift or escalator to ground level. Exit main doors, cross the road, and use ramp back to the car park. Other Important Information: Cars returned to T5 Meeting Point. £20 fee for delivery to other terminals or T5 short stay. Extra days charged at £20 per day. Cancellation requires 24-hour notice for a full refund. ULEZ charge in effect for non-compliant vehicles in Greater London from August 29, 2023.
