Introduction

At Parkos, we value customer feedback and are committed to ensuring our reviews reflect genuine consumer experiences.

Our approach

We collect consumer reviews through two methods, which are: reviews submitted directly to Parkos by verified customers, and independent reviews published on trusted third-party platforms such as Google and Trustpilot.

We display only those reviews that are submitted directly to Parkos by verified customers, ensuring that all feedback shown on our website reflects genuine user experiences.

Review Collection, Verification and Moderation

Reviews are collected through automated email invitations sent shortly after a consumer’s parking period has ended. These invitations randomly direct consumers either to submit a review directly to Parkos or to the external third-party platforms; Google or Trustpilot. If no response is received; a single reminder is sent after one week. No further reminders will be sent for that booking. Consumers do, however, always have the option to leave a review independently on Parkos, Trustpilot, or Google.

All reviews submitted directly to Parkos are moderated. We use a consistent scoring system to help consumers compare providers and services easily. When submitting a review, consumers rate their experience from 1 to 5 stars. These ratings are converted to a 1–10 scale (e.g., 4 stars becomes 8.0), which forms the basis for how scores are calculated and shown across the platform. The scoring includes:

  • Total Provider Score: The average of all reviews for a provider, including moderated reviews, excluding any that have been permanently removed.
  • Service-Specific Score: Average scores for individual services (e.g., valet or shuttle), shown when comparing parking options.
  • Aggregated Location Score: A general score based on all active providers at a specific location, displayed on airport pages and the homepage.

This scoring approach ensures transparency and helps customers make informed decisions based on both overall performance and experiences.

All reviews submitted to Parkos—regardless of rating—are automatically assessed to ensure they meet our publication criteria. Reviews containing inappropriate language, discriminatory content, personal information, or detailed descriptions of individuals may not be published automatically, and in some cases may not be published at all. Additional publication criteria may also apply.

Third Party Platforms

In addition to the reviews published on our own website, independent reviews about Parkos can be found on third-party platforms like Google and Trustpilot. These sites operate under their own policies, and Parkos does not control the content, scoring, or publication process. If you have concerns about a review, please contact the platform directly.

Fake Reviews and Incentives

We strictly prohibit the submission of fake reviews. A fake review is any review that claims to reflect a genuine consumer experience but is not based on a person’s genuine experience. If a review is deemed to be fake, we reserve the right to report it to the relevant review platform for investigation and removal and/or review from our website.

We do not offer incentives in exchange for reviews or ratings. Should this policy change in the future, any incentivised reviews will be clearly and conspicuously disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines, ensuring that it is readily apparent to consumers, through the content of the review and accompanying disclosure, that such reviews have been incentivised.

Reporting a concern

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure review authenticity, if you identify a review which you believe goes against this policy and applicable laws or wish to remove an existing review you wrote, you can:

  • contact us at support@parkos.com and/or
  • report it directly to Trustpilot or Google [go to the specific review and click the ‘Flag review’ option].

Trustpilot and Google independently review reported content and determine whether it should be removed, in accordance with their platform guidelines.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or platform practices. The latest version will always be on our website.
