Important Information: The transfer vehicle carry a maximum of 5 passengers with hand luggage or 4 passengers with hold luggage. If you arrive with more than this limit then another vehicle will need to be used with a cost of £40. This is payable on arrival.

Park Heathrow is located on a secure parking location that has been used for 30 years so they know a thing or two about keeping your car safe. The barriers are ANPR controlled with full CCTV coverage of the site. They also have 24/7 Security that patrols the grounds so you know that when you leave your car it is in the best hands possible

For extra peace of mind you are able to keep your keys after your car is parked. Please ask a member of staff if you wish to do this.

When you arrive at the parking location you will have access to their waiting area with Toilets, Coffee machine and even a cabin that offers freshly made food!

If you are using the meet and greet service then you will have immediate access to the airport facilities as you are driving directly to the airport and meeting the driver there

How To Park

When using the P&R service you will drive to the parking location yourself where you will be greeted by a member of staff and checked in, They will then park your car in the car park for you and give you back your keys. You will be asked to complete a form taking a note of mileage and condition to ensure the safety of your vehicle when you return.

On your return please call the team once you have collected your baggage and passed customs. This is to allow the driver time to get to the collection point and get you back to your car in a timely manner.
