If you are looking for an affordable meet and greet service then look no further. With a secure compound only five minutes away your vehicle will be only driven the quick distance to the compound. Just meet at the short stay car park of the departure terminal you are travelling from and do a checkover and hand in your keys for the driver to park the car for you. Please be aware that your vehicle may be moved to another compound during the reservation. Heathrow is now within the ULEZ zone so please have Autopay Set up to avoid any fines. Express Parking will not be liable for any fines made for this reason.

The compound is secure with the Park Mark Award meaning the police have approved this car park. There are Live CCTV camera and around the clock manned security to ensure the safety of your vehicle while you are away.

Instructions: Please call 07495369454 when you are approximately 30 minutes away from the airport. Kindly be aware that Airport Levy charges are not included in the price. Note: The Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) has expanded across all London boroughs, including Heathrow Airport, since August 29, 2023. If you drive within the ULEZ, including Heathrow Airport, and your vehicle does not meet the emissions standards, you will be required to pay a charge of £12.50. To avoid any penalty tickets, please ensure you set up AUTO PAY when arriving at the airport. The operator will not be held liable in the event of a penalty for failure to pay the ULEZ charge. Your car may be relocated between yards while parked with us. Therefore, please ensure that AUTO PAY is set up, as we will not be responsible for any fines incurred. Terminal 1: Closed for renovation. Terminal 2: Departure: From the M4 exit, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3, proceeding onto the Western Perimeter Road. Enter the main tunnel leading to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Upon exiting the tunnel, keep to the right, passing the Central Bus Station, and follow the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way. Keep right as the road diverges from the building, then follow the road as it ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way. Continue to keep right on the rising ramp, leading directly to the Short Stay car park entry barriers on level 4. Take a barrier ticket and enter the car park, parking your vehicle in row B as indicated. Arrival: After collecting your luggage and clearing Customs, please call the provided number. Proceed to level 4 of the short stay car park, row B, where you initially dropped off your vehicle. Terminal 3: Departure: From the M25 exit, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3, onto the Western Perimeter Road. Enter the main tunnel leading to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Upon exiting the tunnel, stay in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 short stay car park (Car park 3). Take a ticket from the barrier and proceed to Level 4, parking your vehicle in row A. Arrival: After collecting your luggage and clearing Customs, please call the provided number. Upon arrival in the arrivals area, take the lift to level 4 of the short stay car park, row A. Terminal 4: Departure: Follow the signs for the short stay car park on the right-hand side of the ramp. Take a ticket from the barrier and proceed to Level 2, Zones f. Park your vehicle in the designated areas marked as Off Airport Meet & Greet. Arrival: After collecting your luggage and clearing Customs, please call the provided number. Upon exiting the arrival hall, cross the road directly to the short stay car park. Take the lift to level 2, where your vehicle will be returned at the designated Off Airport Meet & Greet area. Terminal 5: Departure: Follow the signs for the short stay car park on the right-hand side of the ramp upon entering the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout. Continue following the signs for the short stay car park, then stay in the left-hand lane marked level 4. Proceed to a set of barriers, take a ticket, and proceed to Zones R-S. Park your vehicle in the designated areas marked as Off Airport Meet & Greet. Arrival: After collecting your luggage and clearing Customs, please call the provided number. Proceed to level 4 of the short stay car park, row R or S, where you initially dropped off your vehicle. Late Arrivals / Returns: If you are returning earlier or later than the booked time/date, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any delays. Any additional days or amendments will incur a charge of £20/day, payable to the driver immediately. The next day's charge begins at 00:01. Early/Late Departures (Drop Off): Please note that if you are dropping off your vehicle early or late, kindly give us a minimum of 2-3 hours' notice. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee meeting you earlier than your original booking time.
