On the arrival day: Call us on 07944 939 077 or 07944 939 076 when you're 30 minutes away from the airport. We'll dispatch a driver to meet you at the designated pick-up points. Return instructions: When you return, after you have collected your luggage and before you've cleared customs, please call the number that was provided when you dropped off your car.

Park Xpert parking area is fully fenced and gated. It is being patrolled and is equipped with CCTV.

Since Park Xpert offers a Meet & Greet service. There are no extra services like a waiting room or lavatory available.

Terminal 2: Exit at Junction 14 from the M25 and follow signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Keep right after exiting the tunnel and follow the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & Short Stay 2 car park. Take a ticket, enter the car park, and park in Row B. Our chauffeurs wearing Park Xpert high-vis jackets will be nearby. Terminal 3: Follow the same directions as above to Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park. Take a ticket, proceed to Level 4, and park in Row A. Our chauffeurs wearing Park Xpert high-vis jackets will be nearby. Terminal 4: Follow signs to the Short Stay car park and drive up to Level 2. Find our desk located in the lobby. Our chauffeurs wearing Park Xpert high-vis jackets will be nearby. Terminal 5: Follow signs for the Short Stay car park, move to the left lane, and head to Level 4. Park your car in Zones R-S, signposted as ""Off Airport Meet & Greet."" Our chauffeurs wearing Park Xpert high-vis jackets will be nearby. Return Terminal 2: Call the provided number after collecting luggage and clearing Customs. Go to Level 4 of the Short Stay car park and find your car in Row B. Terminal 3: Call the provided number after collecting luggage and clearing Customs. Take the lift to Level 4 of the Short Stay Car Park and find your car in Row A. Terminal 4: Call the provided number after collecting luggage and clearing Customs. Return to the Short Stay car park (Level 2) to find your car. Terminal 5: Call the provided number after collecting luggage and clearing Customs. Return to the Level 4 of the Short Stay car park to find your car in Row R or S. Important Info Any extended days will be charged at a daily rate of £15.00. If your return time passes midnight, an additional charge of £25.00 will be applied. No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of travel. Amendments made within 24 hours of departure will incur a charge of £20.00 per amendment. Delayed return will be charged at the car park's standard rate of £15 per day.
