Arrival Procedure:
You must call the Airport Operation's number 07917 878566 when you are approximately 25 to 30 minutes from the airport. Our representative will guide you to the drop-off point.
Our operating hours are from 04:00 to 23:55. The Airport Operation's number is available between 03:45 to 00:45. Calls outside of these hours may not be answered.
If you arrive early, we will try to accommodate your new arrival time with a minimum of 30 minutes' notice. If you don't call and arrive before your scheduled arrival, we cannot guarantee a driver will be there to meet you and you may be subject to airport car park charges.
If you are running late, you must call us at least 30 minutes before your scheduled arrival. We will try to rebook a new arrival time, but we cannot guarantee a driver will be available, and your booking may be considered a "no-show" with forfeiture of any paid funds.
Return Procedure:
After collecting your luggage, you must call the Airport Operation's number. If you have only carry-on luggage, please call after clearing passport control. Our representative will guide you to the pickup point.
Your vehicle will be ready for pickup approximately 40 minutes after your flight has landed. If you experience any delay after landing, you must contact us. Once you have collected all your luggage, you are required to contact us.
