On the arrival day When you are ten minutes away from the airport, please dial the number on your voucher.Unless otherwise specified, your car will be picked up from the forecourt outside the terminal in Zone C of the Express set Down area and returned to you there. Return instructions After you have collected all your luggage and cleared customs please call 01279 682230 - option 1 to have your car delivered.

The car park has been awarded the Park Mark security certificate. Your vehicle is driven by professional and fully insured drivers.

Since FHR offers a Meet & Greet service. There are no extra services like a waiting room or lavatory available.

Parking Instructions Arrival When you are 10 minutes away from the airport, please call 01279 682230 Option 1. Failure to do so may result in additional charges of £50. Follow the signs for Express Set Down, located outside the terminal building on the forecourt. Proceed to zone C, marked centrally on the right-hand side of the terminal road. Any changes to the meet point will be communicated when you call. If there are issues with the forecourt, you may be directed to the Orange Short Stay Car Park, but please do not go there unless instructed. Follow signs to the terminal and then to the furthest car park, known as the orange short stay car park. Park, hand your car park ticket to the driver, and they will meet you there. If you encounter difficulties with the main contact number, use the emergency number provided to reach the drivers. Return After you have called to get your car delivered, proceed to the forecourt just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Stay on the same level as departures. Remember that your car cannot remain on the forecourt for more than 10 minutes, so be prepared to collect your car and exit within that time to avoid any excess fees (£50 for over 10 minutes). In case of operational changes to the forecourt, you will be informed during your call, and an alternative return point will be provided at the Orange Short Stay Car Park. To reach the car park, turn left upon exiting the terminal, go down one level, and follow signs to the Orange Short Stay Car Park, which offers a 10-minute free period. If you encounter difficulties with the main contact number, use the emergency number provided to contact the drivers.
