This long stay official airport car park are for those looking for an affordable option while still getting the official airport experience. With transfers every 15 minutes which take 10 minutes to get to the airport terminal you are never waiting too long and will be able to continue your journey as soon as possible. This service is made extra easy by being a self park option where you just drive up to the barrier which will read your number plate and let you in for you to find a spot.

Please note: There is a maximum height limit for vehicles of 3.5m and all vehicles must fit in a standard parking space.

As this is an official airport product you can expect top notch security including ANPR barrier control, 24 hour staff and this car park has been awarded the park mark meaning it is approved by the police as a safe location to park

There are no facilities on the car park itself but with regular transfers you are at the airport terminal in no time at all and will have access to all the airport facilities

For blue badge holders there are 100 spaces that are allocated on a first come first served basis and the buses are wheelchair accessible.

Parking Instructions

Arrival

Please follow the signs for the Long Stay car park. You simply have to drive up to the barrier at the ANPR system will read your number plate and raise so you can drive in and find a parking space. Once parked keep your keys and head to the bus stop to catch the transfer bus which will take 10 minutes to the airport.

Return

On your return to Stansted take the bus back to the Long Stay car park where you can return to your vehicle, drive up to the barrier and it will again raise for you allowing you to continue your journey home.

Important Information
