We booked a time however we were travelling from Manchester and running late we didn’t call an hour before our time. We called Lisa 30 minutes before arriving at stansted and was told it was too late we started panicking but Lisa was understanding and a driver came to pick up the car. The driver was friendly and took the car. On arrival our plane was delayed but couldn’t use phone on plane we did give flight number. Lisa was friendly and made sure the driver brought our car to orange car park. Tips: book a later time rather be early than late

The people were very helpful for both drop off and pick up and they were quick and efficient!
But I didnt expect to pay the parking ticket twice £20 on to of changes .
Maybe it was in the small print - but I didn’t see it .

Platinum parking have a secure location with code entry gates and CCTV so you can continue your travels knowing that your car is safe
As this is only a meet & greet services there is no facilities at the car park. You will drop off and collect your car at the airport directly and then have access to all the airport facilities on arrival.

Departure
Dear customer, Please call 30 minutes before your arrival at LONDON STANSTED AIRPORT on the customer service number, our airport representative will greet you and guide you to the drop off point. ORANGE SHORT STAY CAR PARK, next to ZONE A, B, C on the left side. The customer is obliged to pay £10 for Entry and Exit for SHORT TERM PARKING , the fee applies both ways. If you arrive earlier, before the scheduled time, we will try to adjust the new arrival time for you. If you are late, you must call us at least 30 minutes before your booked arrival time. We will try to adjust the new arrival time for you.
Departure
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER RETURNING TO GREAT BRITAIN: Dear customer, after landing, turn on the phone so that the airport representative can contact you. If you need to wait for baggage reclaim, please call us on the number below after collecting your baggage. If you only have hand luggage, please call us after passport clearance. Our representative at the airport will guide you to the pickup point. Your vehicle will be available for pickup approximately 30 minutes after landing. If for any reason there is a delay after landing, please contact us immediately. Additional Requirements
Customer vehicle: - Tires must meet legal requirements. - The vehicle must have a valid road tax. - Have enough gasoline as your car will be parked outside the airport. - The vehicle must have a valid technical inspection. - The vehicle must be safe to drive. Vehicle Restrictions - Very large vehicles and minibuses may be rejected if not agreed in advance. - Insurance All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle.
