They operate from a secure multi storey car parking location where you park the car yourself, Keep your keys and then take the shuttle bus to the airport where you will be dropped off right in front of the terminal. APL Have great experience in the industry and you can park knowing that your car is parked safely in a secure location that is only a maximum 10 minute shuttle ride from the airport.

All fees enforced by the airport are included in your price and covered by APL on the day, This way you have no surprises when you arrive.

You will be charged extra if you arrive with a large vehicle that occupies more than one standard parking space. This charge will be proportional to the length of your stay.

On arrival you will see that you are parking in a secure indoor multi storey facility with 24/7 security. You can then park your car yourself and take your keys with you to ensure no unauthorised movements of your vehicle. All of this means you can continue your onward journey with no stress and focus on enjoying your travels.

On arrival you will be shuttled to the airport straight away and after a short journey to the airport you will have access to all facilities at the departure terminal of luton airport.

Parking Instructions

When you are 30 Minutes away from the parking location please call 07984600500. This is to ensure The parking operator is aware of any delays and can plan their staff to meet you at the correct arranged time.

When arriving at the parking structure you will know you are in the right place as above the entrance to the facility will be a large sign "Welcome to Luton Station Car Park" please enter and proceed to drive to the 5th level where you will be met by one of the APL Staff members. After a short check you can get on the shuttle bus to be taken to the airport.

When you arrive back in the UK please call 07984600500 when your are in the baggage hall. This allows APL ample time to arrange your transport back to the car park. This will be done at the agreed meeting point.

Please Note: APL will cover your exit fees for up to 15 minutes. If the driver must wait longer than this then you will need to pay £5 to exit the car park. This will continue to increase the longer the driver is waiting for you past the free 15 minutes. This is a fee enforced by the airport but APL will always endeavour to be flexible and adhere to your needs and requirements where possible.
