Drop-off Procedure at Park Smart Liverpool Airport:
On the day of your booking, drive directly to Park Smart parking at Liverpool Airport. Upon arrival, wait for the automatic barrier to recognise your vehicle's registration. Once recognised, a ticket will be automatically generated. Simply collect the ticket and proceed into the car park. Park your car and continue to the airport. In the event that a ticket is not generated, please press the help button. Do not press the ticket button, as doing so will result in additional charges.
Pick-up Procedure
Upon your return to Liverpool, proceed to the car park where your car is parked in the same location as when you left it. Head towards the exit and insert the ticket received upon entry. The system will automatically recognise your booking and grant you access to leave the Car Park. If, for any reason, the barrier does not lift automatically, press the help button for immediate assistance from on-site staff.
