When you hand over your car the DBS checked drivers will take your vehicle to their secure gated car parking location. With security fencing and CCTV you know your car is in a safe location only minutes away from the airport.
As you are using a meet and greet service you will have immediate access to the airport facilities. The handover will be done at the short stay car park of the terminal you are flying from. This means you are only a few minutes walk from any facility you need at the terminal.
Meet & Greet Instructions
Please call Traveller plus on 02038 160401 when you are 30 minutes away from arriving at the terminal that you are leaving from. This is to ensure there is someone there to meet you at the correct time and increase efficiency of the hand over.
Terminal 2For arrival at terminal 2 please enter TW6 1EW into your GPS, Follow the signs to Terminal 2 short stay car park and proceed to level 4. Here you can park anywhere on Row A or Row B and the driver will meet you there
Terminal 3For Arrival at terminal 3 please enter TW6 1QG into your GPS. Follow the signs for terminal 3 departures, as your approach the terminal please pull up in the lane furthest from the terminal itself and in the area designated for Valet Parking
Terminal 4For arrival at terminal 4 please enter the postcode TW6 3XA into your GPS. Follow the signs to terminal 4 departures and drive up the ramp in the left lane. Then please pull up in the lane furthest from the terminal building
Terminal 5For arrival at terminal 5 please enter the postcode TW6 2GA into your GPS. Follow the signs for terminal 5 departures and remain in the right hand lane as you drive up the ramp. Please follow the signs for the short term car park. After passing under the height restriction barrier, stay in the left hand lane and drive to Row S located on level 4.
On returnPlease call the Traveller plus team again on 02038 160401 when you have collected your baggage or 30 minutes before you want the car returned. The driver will meet you where the car was dropped off.
