Parking Instructions for Arrival

Our Car Park is located on Green Man Lane at Hatton Cross. We are 50m up from the Green Man Pub on the ‘dead end road’.

On arrival at our secure car park, One of our team will meet you and transfer you to the airport via our waiting individual transfer vehicle.

Important Information: The transfer vehicle carry a maximum of 5 passengers with hand luggage or 4 passengers with hold luggage. If you arrive with more than this limit then another vehicle will need to be used with a cost of £40. This is payable on arrival.

We kindly request customers call us once they have passed through passport control, collected any luggage and are making their way out of the Arrivals Hall. We will then instruct our driver, who we will be waiting off-site close to your terminal building and ready to make their way to the pick-up point within your terminal Car Park. Due to restrictions at Heathrow, passenger collections are only allowed from inside the Car Parks and vehicles are no longer permitted to load passengers on the terminal forecourts. Please see our arrivals procedure for customer collections below:

Terminal 2 -Once you arrive at the Arrivals Hall, follow the signs towards the Exit and Car Park. There are three sets of lifts beyond the large metal sculpture. Make your way to Level 1 in the Car Park using the left and middle set of lifts. On Level 1 walk through the purple Fast Track Parking area (Rows A-C) and we will meet you at Row D.

Terminal 3 -Once you arrive at the Arrivals Hall, make your way to the far right corner of the building, and follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park. Take the lift and walk across the pedestrian bridge. We will meet you at the Pickup Area as exit the bridge and enter the Car Park.

Terminal 4 -Once you arrive at the Arrivals Hall, turn left, and exit the building near WH Smiths. Walk across the road and enter the car park on the far side of the lifts. We will meet you at the Taxi & Private Hire Pickup Point in the Car Park on level 1 (which is the same level as the Arrivals level).

Terminal 5 -Once you arrive at the Arrivals Hall, take the exit to the left of Costa Coffee, and walk across the forecourt to the lifts. Take the lift to Level 1. We will meet you by Row L, near the Disabled Bays.
