On the arrival day drive To the Exclusive meeting zone at T5 located next to the Sofitel Hotel Upon arrival, please have your paperwork or booking reference ready for our staff to easily identify you. Also, make sure to have your return flight details handy so we can check for your return. Present the unique barcoded card you received upon arrival to collect your keys from our Handover team. If you don't have the card, we will need to see and capture an image of your passport, which must match the booking name.
