On the arrival day drive To the Exclusive meeting zone at T5 located next to the Sofitel Hotel
Upon arrival, please have your paperwork or booking reference ready for our staff to easily identify you. Also, make sure to have your return flight details handy so we can check for your return.
Return Instructions
After landing and collecting your luggage, proceed to the designated short stay meeting point. Present the unique barcoded card you received upon arrival to collect your keys from our Handover team. If you don't have the card, we will need to see and capture an image of your passport, which must match the booking name.
Maple Parking has the Park Mark Safer Parking facility certificate; to keep the Park Mark award, the car parks undergo regular reassessments. To drive your vehicle, all drivers are fully insured. This car park is completely secure and monitored 24 hours a day.
Since Maple Parking offers a Meet & Greet service. There are no extra services like a waiting room or lavatory available.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT OUR MEETING POINT AT T5 IS NO LONGER IN THE SHORT STAY CAR PARK FOR OUR REGULAR MEET AND GREET SERVICE - WE NOW HAVE OUR OWN EXCLUSIVE MEETING POINT NEXT TO T5 - WHICH IS CONNECTED TO THE TERMINAL VIA THE SOFITEL HOTEL.
Exit the M25 at Junction 14 and follow the signs for Terminal 5.
At the Terminal 5 roundabout take the 2nd exit signed Terminal 5.
Filter left following the signs for the Sofitel Hotel.
Drive past the Sofitel (hotel on your right) and follow the Exit signs taking you onto Wayfarer Road.
Once on Wayfarer Road, take the next right onto Welland Road - keeping right.
The car park entrance will be about 150m on your right.

Once you've parked and unloaded your car, please lock it and check in with our Handover Team, who are stationed at our desk in the elevator lobby.
Return
As long as we have your accurate return flight number, terminal, and return date; there is no need for you to contact us upon your return. We will have your car sent to your appointed meeting spot, ready for when you arrive.
Important Info
If your actual stay exceeds your booked stay, any additional days will be charged at £20.00 per day (or part of a day). No refunds will be issued for partially used stays. Payment for extra days must be settled before handing over the vehicle, and a receipt can be sent to you via email if requested.
The vehicle owner/customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is roadworthy, has a valid MOT certificate, and a valid Road Fund Licence. Vehicles that are not road legal or safe to drive will be refused.
You have the option to drive your vehicle to our car park for storage, and you will need to arrange your own transportation to our location for vehicle collection upon return. No refunds will be provided for uncollected illegal vehicles.
Cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the booked meeting time (start time) of this booking. Successful cancellations will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged in full. Refunds are not available for partially used bookings."
