Meet & Greet Instructions

Please call the Parking team on 07479 259475 30 minutes before arriving at the airport. The driver will be dispatched to be ready for you at the terminal drop off point.

Go to the short stay car park (TW6 1EW). From the M25, exit at Junction 14 and follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, and follow the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way. Keep right on the ramp and continue to Level 4 of the Short Stay car park. Take a ticket and park in Row B. Our chauffeurs will be waiting in black jackets near the ticket pay machine.

Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, call the number provided when your car was dropped off. Go to Level 4 of the Short Stay car park where your car will be waiting in Row B next to the lift/pay machine.

Go to the short stay car park (TW6 1QG). From the M25, exit at Junction 14 and follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Exiting the tunnel, follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3). Take a ticket and park in Row A on Level 4. Our chauffeurs will be waiting in black jackets near the ticket pay machine.

Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, call the number provided when your car was dropped off. Take the lift to Level 4 Short Stay Car Park, where your car will be waiting in ROW A.

Go to the short stay car park (TW6 3XA) and drive up to Level 2. Look for the "Off Airport Meet and Greet" sign in the lobby. Have your email booking confirmation and return flight details ready. Our desk is a short walk from the terminal.

Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, call the number provided when your car was dropped off. Walk back to the Short Stay car park (Level 2) where your car will be waiting for you.

Go to the short stay car park (TW6 2GA). Follow signs for the "Short Stay car park" on the right hand side of the ramp as you exit Terminal 5 from the roundabout. Take the left lane and follow directions to Level 4. Take a ticket and park in Zones "R-S," designated as "Off Airport Meet & Greet." Our chauffeurs will be waiting in black jackets near the ticket pay machine.

Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, call the number provided when your car was dropped off. Go to Level 4 of the Short Stay car park where your car will be waiting for you.
