Parking Instructions Contact your driver at 0203 816 0401 or 0203 837 4922 when you're 30 minutes away from the terminal (4 am-midnight). Provided by Happy Days Meet and Greet, during peak times, meeting at the passenger drop-off area may be requested for collection or return. Note that your specified meet time is crucial; arriving before or after may result in delays. Terminal 2 - Sat-Nav postcode: (TW6 1EW) Exit M25 at Junction 14, follow signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3, proceeding to the Western Perimeter Road. Pass through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area, keeping right. Follow signs for Terminal 2 Departures & Short Stay 2 car park. Enter on Level 4, keep right, park in "Row B," and meet your chauffeur. On Return to T2: Call when you're about to clear Customs. Return to Level 4 Short Stay Car Park, Row B. Terminal 3 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 1QG Exit M25 at Junction 14, follow signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3, reaching the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel, staying in the 1st lane for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark. Park on Level 3, "Row A," and meet your chauffeur. On Return to T3: Call before Customs clearance. Use the lift to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, "Row A." Terminal 4 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 3XA For Departure, follow signs for Terminal 4, entering Lane 3. Park in Permit Holders area and meet your chauffeur. On Return to T4: Call upon luggage collection. Cross to the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor. Terminal 5 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 2GA Follow signs for "Short stay Car Park," turn right for Short Stay Car Park, and follow "LEVEL 4" signs. Park in Zones ''R''-''S'' and meet your chauffeur. On Return to T5: Call after clearing Customs. Return to Level 4 Short Stay Car Park, Rows ''R'' or ''S.'' Short Stay Car Park height limits: Terminal 2: 2.05m Terminal 3: 2.2m Terminal 4: 2.0m Terminal 5: 2.2m During busy periods, your car may be in a Secondary Secure Compound, up to 15 miles away, without CCTV. Overstays are charged at £15.00 daily. For returns after midnight, a £25 charge applies. Pay charges directly to the chauffeur.
