As Park Giant exclusively provides a Meet & Greet service, additional amenities such as a waiting room or lavatory are not available on-site. However, you will enjoy direct access to the airport facilities, ensuring prompt and convenient access to all necessary services upon your arrival.

Parking Instructions Arrival Please ensure you have removed all travel documents, phones, cash, and valuables from your vehicle. We do not accept responsibility for any personal items left in vehicles. Hand over your vehicle and keys to our fully insured chauffeur, sign the paperwork, and proceed to your terminal check-in. Your vehicle will be securely stored during your absence. Additional costs may apply for over-height or long vehicles. Return Please call us twice on 07857 366664, first upon landing and second after collecting your luggage. Inspect your vehicle thoroughly upon arrival and report any concerns before leaving the parking bay. We do not accept damage claims reported after leaving the bay. Sign the paperwork and retrieve your vehicle from the designated point. Accessing the Heathrow Drop-Off areas will incur additional fees payable directly to the airport. Important Info Please note that if your stay exceeds the booked duration, there will be a daily charge of £15. Changes exceeding 30 minutes from the original scheduled meeting or arrival time will incur a charge of £15. Payment for extra days must be settled before retrieving your vehicle. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid MOT certificate, and has a valid Road Fund License. Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting time to receive a full refund.
