On the arrival day Once you've parked and finished unloading, lock your car and stop by our desk in the elevator lobby to check in with our Handover Team. Return Instructions Leave the arrivals area and head toward the Short Stay Parking area. Please note: This product is only for drop-off and pick-up at Terminals 2, 3, and 4 and is not suitable if you are traveling from Terminal 5. Additional days of parking are charged at £20 per day if your return is delayed. Before the vehicle is turned over, any payments for additional days must be made. If necessary, a receipt can be emailed to you. Please be aware that while you can change your return terminal directly with Maple Parking, you must do so before the day your booking begins by getting in touch with them after you have made your reservation. If not T2, T3, or T4, additional fees may be incurred. Please be aware that the time you specified for the meetup is set. A delay might occur if you arrive before or after this time."

Maple Parking has security systems such as alarms and/or CCTV in place for the safety of your vehicle. The Maple Parking facility is a Park Mark Safer Parking facility; to keep the Park Mark award, the car parks undergo regular reassessments.

Since Maple Parking offers a Meet & Greet service. There are no extra services like a waiting room or lavatory available.

Parking Instructions Arrival When you are 20 minutes from the airport, please call Maple Parking at 01895 544 382 to let us know you are close so we can prepare our driver to meet you. then follow your directions to the meeting reception point. When you arrive, please be prepared with your paperwork and/or booking reference so that our helpful staff can recognize you. In order for us to check for your return, kindly have your return flight information on hand as well. Return Please call us when you return, as soon as possible. Please call us at 01895 544382 as soon as you land and collect your luggage (or pass through passport control if you have no hold luggage) to let us know you are back so we can deliver your car. If you want to pick up your keys from our Handover team, please have the distinctive barcoded card that you were given upon arrival. If you don't have this, we'll need to see and photograph your passport, which must (of course) match the name on the reservation. Important Info Please be advised that the driver will not be able to take your car unless it meets the following conditions: has legal tread on each tire, or is otherwise unsafe to drive. In this case, you will need to find another place to park your vehicle. The owner or person operating the vehicle must make sure that it is roadworthy, has a valid MOT certificate, and has a valid Road Fund Licence. Bookings are only accepted for small vans and cars at the displayed standard rate. You must call us to make arrangements for bringing a larger vehicle, which will receive an extra fee. Trailers will not be accepted. Vehicles that are unsafe to drive or are not road legal will not be accepted. When returning, you will have the option of parking your car in our lot for storage, but you will need to travel independently to pick it up. For illegal vehicles that are not collected, there will be no refunds. "
