Maple Meet & Greet (T2, T3, T4 Only)

On the arrival day Once you've parked and finished unloading, lock your car and stop by our desk in the elevator lobby to check in with our Handover Team. Return Instructions Leave the arrivals area and head toward the Short Stay Parking area. Please note: This product is only for drop-off and pick-up at Terminals 2, 3, and 4 and is not suitable if you are traveling from Terminal 5. Additional days of parking are charged at £20 per day if your return is delayed. Before the vehicle is turned over, any payments for additional days must be made. If necessary, a receipt can be emailed to you. Please be aware that while you can change your return terminal directly with Maple Parking, you must do so before the day your booking begins by getting in touch with them after you have made your reservation. If not T2, T3, or T4, additional fees may be incurred. Please be aware that the time you specified for the meetup is set. A delay might occur if you arrive before or after this time."
