Terminal 2
Outbound
Terminal 2 Postcode: TW6 1EW
You must call us on 020 8759 5252 when approximately 30 minutes from reaching the terminal and we can inform you when a uniformed MBW driver will be available. You MUST photograph your vehicle at the drop-off area to support any claim for damage. MBW Terms & Conditions apply.
Follow signs for T2 Departures Short Stay Car Park; as you leave the tunnel keep in the right-hand lane.
Going up the ramp, keep right into Short Stay Car Park, use LANE 6 into LEVEL 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and follow signs for Off-Airport Parking and park in either Row A or B.
Photograph the vehicle, damage claims will not be accepted without evidence and our staff will only carry out a cursory exterior check. See Terms.
Once you have removed your luggage & valuables from your vehicle, make your way to the MBW desk by the lifts. You will be met by the Handover Captain who will be wearing MBW uniform - Orange & Black high-vis jackets & company ID.
Please ensure you hand your keys and car park ticket to the Captain when completing and signing your paperwork.
Inbound
Please call 020 8759 5252 when you have collected all your luggage at reclaim, or when you have passed passport control if you only have hand luggage.
The despatch office will advise you of a time frame for delivery, if there is a wait for the vehicle to be returned please wait inside the terminal until further notice. If you arrive early or late and outside of booked times, please be prepared to wait.
As you exit the arrival hall into the Terminal plaza, turn left and walk towards the UK Arrivals end of the Terminal.
Nearing the end of the plaza, turn right and exit the Terminal through the main door, then cross the bridge in front of you. Take the left hand lift and go up to Level 4.
The Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk.

Terminal 3

As you leave the tunnel follow signs toward Terminal 3, Short Stay Car Park 3.
Enter the Short Stay Car Park and take a ticket at the barrier, you must hand this to the MBW Captain. Head to Level 4 Off Airport Parking and park in either row A or B.

Exit from the arrivals hall, follow signs to Short Stay Car Park 3. Pass the shops on your right and the lifts will be in front of you. Take the lifts to upper level.
Exit the lift, cross the bridge towards the Short Stay Car Park. You will see another set of lifts, take these to LEVEL 4. As you exit the lift you will see the MBW Desk
The MBW Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.

Terminal 4

As you leave the Terminal 4 roundabout, follow signs for Short Stay Car Park.
Drive up the ramp and stay towards the right. Enter the Short Stay Car Park and go down to Level 2. Follow signs for Off-Airport Parking & park in rows E or F.

As you enter the arrivals hall Costa Coffee will be in front of you. Turn left and take the exit next to W.H Smith. Cross the 3 lanes using the zebra crossing.
Take the furthest set of lifts to your left up to Level 2. As you exit the lifts, the MBW desk will be in front of you.
The Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk or at your vehicle.

Terminal 5

Leave the Terminal 5 roundabout and follow the signs to T5 departures. Keep in the right lane heading up the ramp and follow the signs into the Short Stay Car Park LEVEL 4.
Keep left, STAY LEFT and head towards the last set of barriers. Take a ticket at the barrier, hand this to the MBW Captain. Follow signs to Off-Airport Parking and park in Rows R or S.v

As you leave the arrivals hall, you will see Costa Coffee in front of you, turn to your left and head towards the end of the terminal.
Pass the shops on your left, keep walking until you pass Café Nero.
Turn right immediately after these and exit through the front door of the terminal.
As soon as you exit the door of the terminal you will see the lifts. Take the lifts to Level 4. As you exit the lifts turn left and you will see the MBW Desk.
The MBW Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.
