This meet & greet parking service is provided by Flightpath Parking. When traveling from Gatwick Airport, you can be sure that everything will go according to plan thanks to the dependable and amiable customer care. Flightpath Parking offer a safe and secure location, offsite of Gatwick Airport. The location is secured by two sets of barriers with video surveillance. This is on top of the 24 hour patrols to ensure the safe keeping of your vehicle while your away on your trip.

As you are booking a meet and greet service you will have direct access to all the airport facilities on arrival. Your drop off point will be a very short walk to the terminal.

Parking Instructions

Please remember to call us on 0330 057 5884, 30mins before you are due to arrive at Gatwick Airport. Press 1 and listen carefully to the instructions. Say your vehicle registration number and then please hang up. This notifies our office and drivers. To speak to someone redial and press 3 on your phone. Proceed to the meeting point

As you approach the South Terminal, stay in the right-hand lane, and bear right following signs for the 'Short Stay Car Park'. Take a ticket at the barrier and proceed to Orange Car Park 3, Ground Level 0. Also known as the 'Express Pick Up'. Park in any free parking bay. This is where your driver will find and meet you. Hand ticket from barrier to driver who shall pay the Gatwick exit fee.

As you enter the North Terminal stay in the left-hand lane and head towards the 'Short Stay Car Park'. Take a ticket at the barrier and go to Car Park 6 (second car park on the right). You cross two small zebra crossings to get to car park 6. Proceed to Level 4 and park in any free parking bay. This is where your driver will find and meet you. Hand ticket from barrier to driver who shall pay the Gatwick exit fee.

Do not leave any valuables in the car, the company shall not be liable for any missing valuables. We advise you to film/photograph your vehicle at the terminal as we will only be liable for vehicle damage caused by our negligence whilst in our possession which you can show by pictures/video taken at the terminal.

We understand travel plans change, by letting us know as soon as you know avoids inconvenience & costs. Most issues can be resolved for free, if you confirm details with the driver before you fly out. Extra days are charged at £20 per day and there are fees to pay if you arrive more than 40 mins earlier or later than booked without having notified us prior so please check your DATES, TIMES, FLIGHT NUMBERS, TERMINAL ETC and email any changes to admin@flightpathparking.com quoting your booking reference in the subject field.

Once you have collected ALL of your bags call 0330 179 7645. Press 2 and listen carefully to the instructions, say your vehicle registration number and YOU hang up. You do not need to confirm if we got the message. Proceed to the meeting point where your vehicle will be delivered.

For South Terminal its Orange Car Park, Level zero.

For North Terminal its Car park 6, level 4.

Please note: You will be required to pay the £5 Gatwick exit fee at the exit barriers by card or phone payment.

YOU WILL BE CHARGED £15 if :- ...you arrive at the terminal more than 45 mins earlier or later than your booked time unless you notify us with at least 2 hours notice. ...If you have not provided the correct return flight number OR time. ...If you have booked the incorrect terminal etc. ...If you call us as soon as your plane lands instead of after collecting your bags resulting in our driver waiting to hand over keys for more than 20 mins. ..If you just turn up to the terminal without having called us 30 mins before arrival. We understand changes in travel plans happen, just let us know as soon as you know to avoid any inconvenience or costs.
