We no longer require you to call us on your way to Gatwick North or South terminals. Simply follow the directions to the terminal you've booked. Upon arrival, ensure you have your paperwork or booking reference ready for our friendly staff to identify you.

North Terminal:

As you enter the North Terminal, stay in the right-hand lane for "Drop Off and Hotels." Follow signs for "hotels" and "Sofitel Hotel." Turn right immediately after the pedestrian traffic lights into the Sofitel Hotel Car Park. Park in a Meet and Greet bay in the dedicated area, and our uniformed staff will assist you.
On Return - North Terminal:
Please call us once you have collected your luggage. Follow signs to 'Exit,' cross the roads, and proceed to the Sofitel Hotel Car Park. Your car will be returned by our staff in the Meet and Greet Reception area.
South Terminal:

As you drive into the South Terminal, stay in the right-hand lane and follow signs for "SHORT STAY & PICK UP." Park in row D or E on LEVEL 1 of the ORANGE CAR PARK. Our uniformed staff will assist you.
On Return - South Terminal:
Please call us at 01293 533 000 once you have your luggage. Exit the terminal building and follow signs for 'Short Stay Car Parks' (Orange Car Park 3). Your vehicle will be returned to Short Stay Orange Car Park – level 1.

Meeting points might change due to ongoing works at Gatwick Airport Terminals; you will be informed if there are any changes affecting you.
Please allow time for our driver to complete the check-in procedure and vehicle inspection.
Refunds cannot be given for part-used bookings.
Late returns will incur additional charges.
Early returns require at least 24 hours' notice.
Vehicle restrictions apply; very large vehicles and minibuses need prior arrangements.
