Drive to the Passenger Drop off area of the terminal that you are flying from and you will be met by a member of the I love team who will do a check of your vehicle and then take your car and park it for you at one of their two compounds which are both within a five minute drive of the airport. Then you simply continue your journey knowing that someone else is taking care of the vehicle for you.

Your vehicle will be kept in a secure parking facility that has been granted the Park Mark award, featuring round-the-clock security with fencing, lighting, and automated gate entry

As you are meeting at the airport you will have immediate access to the terminal facilities.

Arrival: When you're 10 minutes away from the airport, call the number on your voucher. A professional driver will meet you at the terminal forecourt, in the Approved Operators Area, to collect and park your car. Departure: Upon arrival, call the same number on your voucher. Your car will be delivered to you at the terminal forecourt, in the Approved Operators Area. Operated by I Love Meet and Greet, the price includes Gatwick Airport Forecourt Access Fee. Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off,' stay in the right-hand lane, and head to the far end, where the driver will meet you outside the Premier Inn. For North Terminal Inbound, collect your luggage, clear customs, and call 01293 824221 (option 1) to have your car delivered. Head towards 'Exit' on the ground floor, walk between the car parks, and turn left toward the Premier Inn. For South Terminal Outbound, use postcode RH6 0NP in your satnav. Call 01293 824221 (option 1) when you're 10 minutes away. Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off,' stay in the right-hand lane, and a driver will meet you in the Approved Operators Area. For South Terminal Inbound, collect your luggage, clear customs, and call 01293 824221 (option 1) to have your car delivered. Follow signs to 'Exit,' take the lift down to Ground level, and look for the approved sign on the left. Please note: We do not accept licensed taxis, both private hire or hackney carriages.
