You will be quickly given a transfer to the airport where you will have access to all the airport facilities. The Site and Reception are all wheelchair friendly but unfortunately the Bus is not accessable by Wheelchair and the customer will need to step up into the bus.

Arrival: To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your recommended check-in time. If you're using a Sat-Nav, set it to RH10 3HZ. Allow ample time for your vehicle check-in and airport transfer. Upon arrival, kindly report to the car park Reception and present your confirmation voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. Return: Details about the return process will be provided upon your arrival at the car park. Please note: The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair accessible and equipped with a disabled toilet. While wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers should be capable of stepping up into the bus. You'll be required to leave your keys with the attendant. Long wheelbase vans measuring over 5.3m are not accepted, and motorbikes are welcome.
