Arrival

All you have to do is call us on the duty mobile when you are 15 to 20 minutes from the airport on the day of your departure. Then proceed to the terminal's departure area where your flight is departing from, and a chauffeur in a black and orange uniform will be waiting to greet you. You will receive a complete receipt that includes your travel information (that you submitted) and vehicle details like fuel level, mileage, and vehicle condition.

Departure

Call our duty mobile when you get back at Manchester Airport after clearing customs and retrieving ALL of your luggage, and our driver will direct you to the location where you may pick up your vehicle.

We are unable to return vehicles that are classed as over heights to anywhere other than the drop of area suitable for restricted heights, this classed as a drop off zone by the airport and a maximum stay of 10 mins is allowed at £6.00. A fee of £25.00 will apply if over 10 minutes.

Please note: At Manchester airport they have enforced a drop off and collection fee (£6), they have discounted this to £5 that is payable to the driver in cash when you hand over your car to their staff. You will then have to pay this fee yourself at the barrier when you collect your car and leave the airport
