Silver Zone Car Park

As you approach the airport on the A38, follow the signs directing you to the Silver Zone Car Park. It's important to note that the car park is positioned to the south of the main Terminal, so please disregard signs for any other car parks except the Silver Zone. Starting from April 1st, 2022, all Silver Zone customers will need to hand over their keys as their vehicles will be relocated to a secure on-site area.

The Silver Zone car park, having received the Park Mark distinction for enhanced security, is equipped with 24/7 CCTV surveillance, Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), and a secure fence.

Dedicated parking spaces for blue badge holders are available next to the reception building. All shuttle buses are equipped with wheelchair ramps and are certified to accommodate one wheelchair.

"Parking Instructions Arrival Upon entering the auto scanner, the barriers will automatically lift once images of your vehicle are captured and your registration is recognized in the system. Proceed to the drop-off car park and park your vehicle in a designated bay. Remember your bay number and head to the Silver Zone reception. Utilize the Self Check-in and Key Drop, where you'll need to enter your car registration and booking reference since you won't have a barcode. After leaving the reception area, wait for a courtesy bus that will transport you directly to the terminal. Buses operate every 15 minutes, and the journey typically takes around 7-9 minutes. Return Upon returning, take the bus back to the Silver Zone. Go to the Silver Zone Collection area and present the green receipt to retrieve your keys. Follow the signs towards the exit; the barrier should lift automatically. If the barrier remains closed, press the intercom button for assistance from the team. It's important to note that any charges for overstaying will be collected at the reception before your keys are returned.
