Platinum Car Parking offers a meet and greet service at Heathrow airport that allows you to drive straight to the terminal that you will be departing from. A member of staff will then meet you at the designated drop off location to do the handover. When the car is handed over you can walk straight to the check in of your flight and a member of staff will drive your car to their secure parking lot. This means you don't have to worry about finding a space and can concentrate on your travels.

Your Vehicle will be driven to their secure location that includes Electric Gate Lock System, motion detectors and a manned security presence. All of this ensures the maximum safety of your vehicle and will allow you to continue your travels will no worries.

As you are booking a meet and greet service you will have direct access to the facilities at the airport

When coming to the Airport to drop your car, please read the instructions only for the relevant terminal. The following postcodes may not be accurate. We advise once you get to the airport to use signposts.


Outbound: Terminal 2 - Sat-Navigation postcode:TW6 1EW Please call 20 Minutes before the scheduled arrival using the number on your confirmation email.
We have a 10-minute window to collect customers' vehicles from this area, therefore timing is essential, anyone to arrive early or late must inform us that this will be the case and obtain agreement from us that it is okay to arrive at an alternative time.

At the airport follow signs for Terminal 2 and stay in the right-hand lanes, go up the ramp, keeping to the right following the signs for short stay 2, DO NOT follow the ramp to the upper level. Approach any of the 3 barriers on to your right, take a ticket and enter carpark on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and follow the one-way arrows around the perimeter of the car park to the far end, closest to the terminal buildings to rows A and B where your chauffeur will be waiting

Once you have exited the tunnel, follow the signs for Terminal 3 Departures. As you approach the terminal keep to the right lane and follow the signs to short stay passenger, pick up. Take a ticket at the barriers and follow all the way up to level 4 on the spiral. Park your car at zone A/B where the meet and greet points are. You will be approached by one of our chauffeurs having your booking details on them.
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)

Follow the signs for Terminal 4 Departures, as you approach the Terminal on the ramp, stay on your right-hand lane. Follow the signs to short stay passenger pick up. Drive down to level 2 zone F where the meet and greet points are. You will be approached by one of our Professional Chauffeurs who would have booking details on them.
Terminal 4 (Short Stay Car Park 4): Height limit: 2.0m (6ft 6in)

Drive up the ramp towards Departures, and then stay right at the sign for "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up". Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow sign for "Level 4" or" Budget car". At the entrance barrier, take a ticket then, follow arrows to "Rows R & S" Once there you will be approached by one of our Chauffeurs who would have your booking details on them.
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)

On Return


Inbound: Terminal 2 Return - Call us using the number on your confirmation email once you have collected your last bag from the belt.
Passengers must pick up their cars on level 4 Zone A or B. We will return your vehicle to you once you have called us after collection of your luggage. We will validate your ticket as soon as we arrive in the car park which will give you 15 minutes to collect your car, any car park charges after this time will be your responsibility to pay the prevailing car park tariff.
Late return after 23:30 will be charged at £20
Inbound: Terminal 3 Return - Call us using the number on your confirmation email once you have collected your last bag from the belt.
Passengers will pick up their cars on Level 4 of the Terminal 3 short stay car park. Once in the arrivals terminal turn left and proceed to the lifts, take this lift to level 1 where you will find a covered bridge which takes you to the car park lifts, enter the lift and go to level 4. The designated area of the car park is by these lifts and you should be able to see your vehicle and driver.
We will return your vehicle to you once you have called us after the collection of your luggage. We will validate your ticket as soon as we arrive in the car park which will give you 15 minutes to collect your car, any car park charges after this time will be your responsibility to pay the prevailing car park tariff.
Late return after 23;30 will be charged at £20
Inbound: Terminal 4 Return - Call us using the number on your confirmation email once you have collected your last bag from the belt.
Passengers will pick up their cars on level 2 of the Terminal 4 short stay car park. From arrivals exit, the terminal building using the exit next to WH Smith, cross the first four lanes, then turn left pass the payment machine then take the lift to the car park level 2.
We will validate your ticket as soon as we arrive in the car park which will give you 15 minutes to collect your car, any car park charges after this time will be your responsibility to pay the prevailing car park tariff.
Late return after 23:30 will be charged at £20
Inbound: Terminal 5 Return - Call us using the number on your confirmation email once you have collected your last bag from the belt.
From arrivals make your way out of the building to the covered walkway go through the covered walkway to the lifts, then make your way back to level 4 "Rows R & S" of the short stay car park to where you dropped off your vehicle.
We will return your vehicle to you once you have called us after the collection of your luggage. We will validate your ticket as soon as we arrive in the car park which will give you 15 minutes to collect your car, any car park charges after this time will be your responsibility to pay the prevailing car park tariff.
